Our Testing Capabilities
Sap testing shows the level of nutrients available for metabolism in the sap flow of a plant. Undertaken during the growing season, sap testing enables you to correct deficiencies before crop loss occurs and improve your fruit set before harvest.
The original QuickSoil test, developed by Hortus Analytical, provides fast and accurate assessment of the readily available nutrients in the active root zone of a plant. Unlike traditional soil tests, QuickSoil is a monitoring tool that supports you to make vital adjustments throughout the growing season.
Dry tissue analysis is mostly used post-harvest to analyse the total cumulated nutrients. It is used to support an overall nutrient management program and provides important insights into adjustments you need to prepare for the following season.
QuickSoil & Sap Combos
Gain powerful and fast insights to facilitate quick action during the growing season by combining Sap and QuickSoil testing to understand both the available nutrients in the soil and your crops ability to access them. By responding to deficiencies during the growing season, you may reduce your chance of crop loss and maximise your yield.
Soil tests determine nutrient levels and other relevant qualities of your soil, providing insights into how your soil is affecting your crop productivity. A soil test enables you to develop a fertiliser program for your particular crop, in your specific situation, in order to maximise your productivity.
Continuous use of a poor-quality water source can be detrimental to your plant or livestock health and/or soil structure. Our tests complete the picture of inter-relationship between plant, soil and water allowing you to filter or treat your water as necessary to improve crop profitability.
We offer more than 100 standard test options as part of our regular testing suite. If you cannot find the test that you require, please contact us.
